Victoria Emerging Art Gallery would be delighted to host your event!

Whether you are celebrating a book launch, networking event, staff appreciation or
holiday party, we are pleased to share our beautiful space with you. Guests will be surrounded by stunning local artwork and our boutique space is sure to make your event a unique, stylish and intimate experience.  Set in a distinctive character house overlooking Antique Row, enjoy a 'bird's eye' view from the top floor. Watch the street lamps light up Fort street at night or enjoy full sun in our south-facing venue with views of the treetops. Ultimate privacy with a gated entrance below for security.
Located in the heart of Mosaic Village...just follow the red stairs! 




Package One: This package includes use of our beautiful gallery space for two hours and staff

assistance.  Cost: $300 *

 

Package Two: This package includes use of our beautiful gallery space for two hours, staff

assistance, complementary flowers, as well as access to banquet style folding tables

and white linens.  Cost: $400 *

 

Package Three: This package includes use of our  beautiful gallery space for two hours, staff

assistance, complementary flowers, banquet style folding tables and white linens, 

wine for up to 25 people (approx 2 glasses per person and includes glassware) and live music

from the Royal Conservatory of Music (minimum one month advance booking required).

Renters are welcome to bring their own refreshments, food, folding tables, sound system, chairs and  decor.  Outside of rental hours, we are offering a 30 minute complimentary set up time (as well as a complimentary 30 minute strike) and there will be a $50 additional charge for overtime outside of this one hour grace period.  Please note that renters will have to submit in writing their guest list one week  prior to the event.  For parties over 30ppl or weddings, there will be a $25 fee per head for
additional guests not on the list. Please note that maximum capacity is 50ppl (40 ppl for weddings).


Add ons include but are not limited to: Catering, photographer, bartender, folding chairs, busser, DJ, decoration, candles, sound system and event planning/coordination.

 

*Deposit of 50% will be due at the date of booking and the remaining 50% is to be paid one day before the event.
