Victoria Emerging Art Gallery is located on 977 A Fort Street.  We  represent emerging artists (most of them local) and we are here primarily to help artists get started on their career.  VEAG is committed to helping artists build up their portfolios over time and debuting exciting fine art in Victoria at accessible price points. 

VEAG operates in Victoria, B.C. and the gallery's main initiative is to expose  emerging  artists living on  Vancouver Island who have little to no exhibition history or gallery representation.  Our goal is to also create a new market of collectors by making original fine art affordable for the average-income person by setting gallery prices as manageable as $300 for incoming artists. VEAG is seeking unique talent (see submissions), with many of our artists sourced annually from  Victoria Emerging Art Awards. 

With respect to the VEAA collective, we also offer mentorship and guidance on career development and how to present work professionally.  We handle artwork with care and attention and we also act as a gateway to other influential art galleries and exhibition opportunities in Victoria. Artists in the VEAA collective will have the opportunity to show their work in group exhibitions within the community.

We also offer our clients personal appointments at the gallery and private consultations on commissioning work. We are also happy to provide clients with assistance hanging artwork in the home.
